It is drafted in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, as amended and completed by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 18/2026 (in force starting 19.06.2026), which transpose EU Directive 2011/83 and Directive 2019/2161.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, other than those set out in points 4 and 5 below.The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods, or the last item for orders shipped in several parts.

For services, the period runs from the conclusion of the contract.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawalTo exercise the right of withdrawal you use the online withdrawal function provided by this shop: if you have an account, go to My Account > My Returns; if you do not have an account, use the public Return a product form, where you fill in your name, address, email, order number and reason.Alternatively, you may send us an unequivocal statement (letter, email) informing us of your decision to withdraw. The model withdrawal form provided by OUG 34/2014 is available on request.

After you submit your request, we automatically send you a confirmation email on a durable medium containing your withdrawal declaration together with the exact date and time of transmission (art. 11^1 of OUG 34/2014, introduced by OUG 18/2026).

Effects of withdrawalWe will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw, all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).We use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

4. Returning the goodsYou shall send back the goods to the address indicated in the withdrawal confirmation without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.Goods must be in the condition in which they were delivered, without signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond these limits.

5. Return shipping costsYou will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except when the product is defective, non-conforming or does not match the order (in such cases we bear the cost).

Exceptions to the right of withdrawalUnder article 16 of OUG 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to, among others: goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery; goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items; sealed audio/video recordings or sealed computer software which have been unsealed after delivery; newspapers, periodicals or magazines (with the exception of subscription contracts); the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent.
